A CREATIVE SPACE TO EXPLORE OUR FUTURES THROUGH RESEARCH, DESIGN, WORKSHOPS, FORUMS AND EXHIBITIONS

The Design Lab springboard’s from the activity of the strategic design practice through four streams that make up a hallmark program:

  1. Creative: in which Relative Creative stretch artistically through their upholstery and visual art practices to inform their strategic and design work and where national and international residencies will be invited to spend time contributing to the conversations;
  2. Learning: in which Relative Creative utilises the space to mentor and facilitate workshops with both university students, adults and children;
  3. Events: including the annual Futures Forum and exhibition; and
  4. Kits: in which Relative Creative publish online kits, guides and reports for others to use and develop corporate events, where the above outputs are packaged in the form of a ‘design thinking product’ for corporate conferences and events that can provide product sales income.

Long Workshops run for 4-12 weeks.
Short Workshops run for 2-6 hours.
School and Holiday Programs are also on offer.
