A design-led facilitation and evaluation process for the Career Pathways Service.

In collaboration with Paper Giant, we developed a design-led facilitation and evaluation process and evaluated the Career Pathways Service developed by the Queensland Public Service Commission, Queensland Government. The program has a vision to support development experience and progression of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across the Queensland Government workforce. We yarned with participants and Career Pathways program management and staff, collaborated with Paper Giant in developing a preliminary review of provided Career Pathways products, data and a final report.
